Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist - Consultant to join our team at Berkshire Meadows. We are a program that provides services in a residential, special education, and day habilitation setting to children and adults with severe developmental disabilities including significant cognitive, physical, and medical disabilities.
Responsibilities
AAC‑focused work with children and adults, including modeling and training staff on the use of devices.
Language‑based work focused on expressive, receptive and pragmatic skills and low‑tech communication supports across the settings that we serve.
Oral motor/feeding‑related work.
Schedule and Compensation
16‑24 hours per month. Flexible schedule. The pay range is $50.00 to $75.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications.

Requirements
Must be 21 years of age.
Must have a Massachusetts Speech Language Pathology license (SLPA). Candidates pursuing their license or out‑of‑state certifications are considered.
Current CPR certification preferred; training provided if needed.
Must be able to work alone unsupervised.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Background check required.
