Job description
CenterWell Home Health seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide in-home speech, language, and swallowing services to adults and seniors. In this role, you'll perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy that helps patients communicate more effectively, manage dysphagia, and remain safely at home.
