Job description
HomeCall, part of LHC Group and a member of the Optum family, is hiring Speech Therapists for home health roles across the United States. You will assess and evaluate patient care needs related to speech and language disorders, and develop treatment plans to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function.
In this role you will work with the health care team to implement interventions, educate patients and families, and monitor progress in home settings.
