Job description
St. Mary's, a part of LHC Group within the Optum family, is seeking a Speech Therapist for Home Health to assess and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
You will develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and monitor progress with the care team. Requirements include licensure in Speech Therapy, reliable transportation, and CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
