ROLLING HILLS CARE CENTER in Selma, CA seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing and cognitive disorders in a SNF setting. Responsibilities include evaluations, plan of care development and progress documentation, with focus on improving communication and safety.
