Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP)
Southland Therapy is hiring a Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) in the Spartanburg area to provide early intervention speech therapy in natural environments (home and daycare).
This is an immediate opportunity with a constant referral base — no clinic work required.
About the Role
As a Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP), you will:
Provide in-home and daycare-based speech therapy for children
Deliver early intervention (EI) services in natural environments
Treat speech, language, and communication delays
Work closely with families to support progress in everyday routines
Use play-based, functional therapy approaches

Compensation & Benefits
$40–$65 per hour (based on experience & role type)

Requirements
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY candidate
South Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
Interest in pediatric speech therapy / early intervention
Comfortable working independently in home and daycare settings
