Job description
Sweetwater Care in Red Bluff, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat patients with communication, swallowing and cognitive disorders in a SNF setting. You will develop individualized plans of care, set goals with physicians and families, and document progress.
You will collaborate with the rehab team, provide a full range of speech therapy modalities, and ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
