Job description
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who blends clinical excellence with leadership, guiding a team while continuing direct patient care. You will mentor therapists and coordinate care to achieve meaningful outcomes for patients.
The role requires an active PT/OT/SLP license, CPR/BLS and at least three years of discipline-specific experience, with leadership experience preferred.
