What You'll Do
* Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
* Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
* Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
* Support staff development and performance management.
* Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
* Drive continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications
* Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP license required.
* BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
* Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
* Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred.
* Leadership experience preferred.
