Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Therapy Team Leader to guide a team of speech-language pathologists in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this leadership role, you will provide advanced evaluations and treatments for patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders while coordinating closely with PT, OT, nursing, and physicians. You will oversee caseloads, workflow, and quality metrics, support staff development, and champion a culture of patient-centered care.
