Job description
Seeking an experienced leader to oversee and support a speech therapy team within a renowned rehabilitation provider.
Responsibilities include assisting in daily operations such as scheduling, staff training, and communication with hospital departments, as well as providing direct patient care to foster recovery and build meaningful relationships.
Ensure policies, procedures, and treatments are meticulously implemented while delivering compassionate, personalized care.
Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations and contribute to a positive team environment, promoting impactful patient outcomes.
Qualifications And Skills
Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
Completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
CPR certification, or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
Minimum of three years' experience in speech therapy or leadership, including at least two years of clinical experience.
Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or relevant specialty certifications preferred.
