Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time, In-Person | Houston, TX

nWe are seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide comprehensive, school-based services in an on-campus setting . This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, support a variety of communication needs, and collaborate closely with a supportive school team.
nWe are currently hiring for multiple openings across elementary, EC/PK, and secondary campuses , with placements thoughtfully matched based on your experience and preferences. These are campus-based positions , allowing you to build consistency, strong relationships, and a true sense of community within your school.
nWhat You'll Do
nSupport Student Success
nnProvide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
nConduct evaluations and re-evaluations
nDevelop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs
nMonitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
n nCollaborate & Lead
nnParticipate in ARD/IEP meetings
nWork closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
nMaintain accurate and compliant documentation
nSupport student success across academic and functional settings
n nSupervise & Mentor
nnProvide supervision and guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As)
nEnsure high-quality service delivery and compliance with district and state expectations
n nWork Environment & Flexibility
nThis is primarily an on-campus position , designed to support strong collaboration and consistent student services.
n✨ Hybrid flexibility available
nEnjoy one designated work-from-home day per week (Tuesday–Thursday) , while maintaining on-campus support Monday and Friday. This structure promotes both collaboration and a healthy work-life balance.
