Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time, in-person school-based position in Pasadena, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive school environment while being backed by a therapist-led company.
At Let's Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC , we are owned and operated by practicing SLPs who understand the day-to-day needs of clinicians. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported, valued, and set up for success.
Position Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
Conduct evaluations and write detailed reports
Develop and implement IEP goals
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Texas SLP license
ASHA CCCs required
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Position Details
