Job description
The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Nurse Navigator for the Spine Center who will augment the preop process for elective spine surgery patients by attending preop clinic and providing spine surgery–specific education to help patients prepare for surgery and improve outcomes.
Reporting to the Spine Center director, this role interfaces with the care team to ensure communication and continuity of care, implements programmatic changes, and serves as a resource to the regional
