Job description
MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces seeks a Surgical Technician Lead to support the surgical team. This position involves preparing operating rooms, organizing instruments, and assisting with surgical procedures while maintaining infection control standards.
The ideal candidate must have completed an accredited Surgical Technology program and possess CST certification. A minimum of 3-5 years of surgical technician experience is required, with preferred experience in a lead role.
