Job description
Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Nurse Navigator for the Spine Center to augment preop care by attending the preop clinic and delivering spine surgery-specific education to patients to optimize outcomes. The role interfaces with the care team to ensure continuity of care and implements program changes based on current research and patient diagnoses.
