Job description
Avancer Homes, LLC is seeking a dependable Driver for a part-time role to transport adults with IDD between homes, day programs, and appointments. The position requires a split shift: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM and 3:00 PM–5:30 PM, totaling ~32.5 hours weekly.
You will ensure safety, assist with entering vehicles, and maintain confidentiality and dignity for individuals served. Applicants must be at least 25, hold an Illinois driver’s license, pass background checks, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
