SplitterDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Splitter workers for a distribution center company in Marshall, MN. In this role, you'll help prepare merchandise for shipment to retail locations while supporting inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Splitter:Scan merchandise into inventory using handheld scanning equipmentPrint and apply price tags to products accuratelyAudit incoming vendor shipments and verify inventory quantitiesBreak down merchandise into smaller quantities for shipment to retail locationsAllocate product accurately and document discrepancies when neededLoad merchandise onto pallets and shrink-wrap shipments for transportAssist with unloading shipments and maintaining a safe, organized work areaWhat You Need to Bring to the Splitter Role:Basic computer skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds frequentlyAbility to stand for extended periods during shiftsAbility to bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasksHigh school diploma or GED preferredAbility to work in both cold and warm warehouse conditionsNo experience required; entry-level candidates are welcomeWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
