Sports And Fitness Staff (Part-Time)Johnson Ferry Baptist Church - Marietta, GAOverviewSalary Range $11.00 Hourly Level Entry Position Type Part Time Job Shift Flexible 10 - 20 hours per week Education Level None Travel Percentage Negligible Category OtherDescriptionJob Summary: To support the Sports & Fitness Ministry team with sports and fitness programs.Essential Functions:Greet each participant and guest in the ministryServe and help our guests at the sports or field desksBe knowledgeable about what sports and fitness programs we have and offer program informationReceive and distribute incoming phone callsDistribute sports and fitness equipment to workout roomsWatch activity and behavior of participants in all Sports activitiesEnforce all Activities Center policies, procedures, and guidelinesMonitor leagues and programs; assist as much as you can when necessaryMaintain neatness at registration desk and in equipment roomMonitor daily schedule and completing the checklist during shiftsBe prepared to share your testimony or lead a devotional at one of our sports and fitness eventsBe an employee who works with integrityAssist in all aspects of sports and fitness ministry as directed by team leaders and program/ministerial staffQualificationsCritical SkillsSports interest and experience is a plusMust be available to work Saturdays for sports eventsEnjoy and be comfortable working with adults and childrenMaintain a friendly and Christ-like attitudeDress appropriately for work according to sports staff guidelines
