Sports Bar General Manager
Welcome to Buffalo Wild Wings , where game-day energy meets great hospitality. As a Sports Bar General Manager , you’ll lead everything inside the building—from guest service and daily operations to coaching your managers and supporting your team. You’ll help create a high-energy, guest-first experience while owning fiscal responsibility and keeping the bar running smoothly from tip-off to last call.

How You’ll Lead
Report to our Operations Partner , and lead location managers who report to you
Own all in-house operations, ensuring service, hospitality, cleanliness, and team performance are consistently strong
Coach, train, and support team members and managers to deliver fast, friendly, accurate service
Oversee daily execution—monitoring flow during rushes, resolving issues quickly, and keeping priorities clear
Support and maintain strong guest experience standards throughout the shift
Help manage inventory, ordering, and supplies to keep the bar stocked and operating efficiently
Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and overall guest-ready presentation
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards
Handle fiscal responsibility and help drive performance through smart, consistent management
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or other fast-paced service environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to coach in the moment
A guest-first mindset and a passion for creating a great atmosphere
Experience managing multiple priorities during busy shifts
Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way
