Job description
YMCA of South Hampton Roads seeks a Sports Director to oversee day-to-day youth and adult sports across multiple YMCA centers. You will provide leadership in staff supervision, volunteer management, and program administration, while managing budgets and community relations to advance the YMCA mission.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 21+ years old, and 1–2 years supervisory experience, with flexibility for extended hours.
