Job description
Stryker is seeking a Sports Medicine Regional Manager to lead a sales team, drive regional targets, and develop talent in a fast paced environment. You will plan, direct, and coordinate selling activities with your Sales Representatives to maximize performance and achieve growth.
You will hire, train, and coach top performers, partner with the Director of Sales, and communicate strategic updates to senior leadership while upholding Stryker’s mission and customer focus.
