nResponsibilities
nMeet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs
nConduct evaluations and create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their individual goals
nWork closely with other members of a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care
nMaintain records of patient therapy and progress
nQualifications
nMust hold the required state license for occupational therapy
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nCommitment to improvement - both personal and professional
nThe ability to stay positive and compassionate with patients
