True Sports Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated Sports Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals perform at their highest level. Responsibilities Provide high-level orthopedic and sports physical therapy care through 1:1 treatment sessions
Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Design and implement return-to-sport and performance-based rehabilitation programs
Collaborate with strength coaches, athletic trainers, physicians, and other members of the care team
Educate patients and families on injury prevention and long-term performance strategies
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in team collaboration, mentorship, and clinical education opportunities
Contribute to maintaining a positive, high-performance clinic culture

Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice
