Own your direction, Own your development and Own your path.What You'll DoAs a Spray Dryer Operator, you will Own your actions by operating and monitoring the spray dryer process and associated production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will be responsible for monitoring feed quality, maintaining product specifications, completing production documentation, performing routine equipment inspections, and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance. Working closely with your team and supervisor, you will help drive continuous improvement while ensuring customer quality requirements are met.Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a proactive and safety-focused manufacturing professional who takes ownership of their work and is motivated to learn and grow. The ideal candidate has experience operating automated equipment in a manufacturing environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a process-driven operation.
