We are proud to be recognized as a Lawn & Landscape Top 100 company and remain committed to building a workplace where people can grow, contribute, and help raise the bar across our industry.Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your career with a team that raises the bar and works together?We're excited to welcome a Spray Technician to our team in Casselberry, FL!Your Opportunity:The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and dedicated professional with strong manual dexterity and at least two years of experience in the lawn and ornamental field. You must be capable of lifting to 50 lbs., working outdoors at hot temperatures, and operating both a hose & reel and a zero-turn spray machine. A clean driving record with a valid US license (for a minimum of 3 years) is essential.Responsibilities:Deliver and maintain exceptional client relationships for a portfolio of commercial landscape customers through service delivery of pest, fertilizer, and weed control.Organize and lead the chemical and fertilizer applications on assigned properties.Monitor landscape health and care needs while diagnosing any lawn/plant problems.Identify pest challenges; treat with appropriate chemicals.Partner with Account Managers on client's needs & identification of challenges.Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience in fertilization/chemicals.Lawn and ornamental pesticide license.Legal authorization to work in the United States.Valid driver's license required + clean driving record; you will be responsible for driving a company vehicle.Previous experience with a professional landscape organization diagnosing insect & disease issues.Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.To qualify as a Driver of our crew, in addition to the above, you must:Possess a valid driver's license (of at least 3 years) and a clean driving record.Be able to pass a drug test.What We Can Offer You:At Sunrise Landscape, joining our team means more than accepting a job—it means building a long-term career with a company that values professionalism, reliability, and personal growth.We are committed to providing a workplace where you can develop your skills, advance your career, contribute to a high-performing team, and do meaningful work alongside people who embody our core values of accountability, resilience, and collaboration.
