Job TitleTrain or assist training of new sprayersJob DescriptionSpray product on the finishing line per move ticket standards. Ensure color checkers are in place and are checking the color Ensure all portable pots are grounded Ensure all agitators are running Maintain spray equipment includes gun filter cleaning and lubricating equipment Train to sanding duties on the line using a sanding block or sand paper. Train to wiping duties on the line using a wiping rag. Communicate with various departments and personnel. Complete any necessary documentation and paperwork. Maintain production and quality standards. Follow all safety rules, JSA and work instructions. Perform all duties in a safe manner. At minimum must be cross trained in job prior to and after current position in process flow. Fix unsafe conditions if possible and report condition to supervisor. Follow all environmental policiesPerforms other duties as assigned by management.May rotate to other departments and duties as needed.Minimum Qualifications and ExperienceAbility to read and understand move tickets.Ability to spray all finishes.Must have the ability to identify various finishes and wood species.Must have excellent attention to detailMust have good team work/communication skills.Cabinetworks Group (the "Company") is an equal opportunity employer and we want to have the best available persons in every job.
