Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Co-op for Spring 2027 to join our manufacturing team in San Angelo, Texas. The role involves complex technical work related to design, manufacture, and operation of structures, machines, and systems.
The candidate should have 0-2 years of work experience and pursuing an engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Systems, or Civil) with knowledge of lean principles and process improvement. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential.
