Spring Mainstage Director — Paid, Housing Stipend

Job description

Yale Dramatic Association in New Haven, CT, seeks a Director for the 2027 Dramat Spring Mainstage production. The role requires on-site leadership during auditions, rehearsals, tech, and performances. Salary is $6,000 with housing and travel stipend to New Haven. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through October 3, 2026.

The director will be on-site full-time during the rehearsal and production periods. Auditions and callbacks are Oct. 30–Nov.
