This partnership not only allows us to expand our footprint and find top talent in the VT area, it also allows us to work with industry leaders who strive for same level of excellence as we do.What You Will Be Doing:Assembling, installing, maintaining, and servicing fire protection systems in commercial buildings throughout New England.Being a positive and professional representative of Encore while dealing with customers, directly and indirectlyMust have the ability to work alone and in team setting.A strong work ethic and professional appearanceRequirements:Whether you have been in the trade for a while or are just starting out, we encourage you to apply if you have the 'can-do' attitude to get things done and take pride in your work. While experience is preferred, we are willing to talk to those who value what it means to get things done and make it happen.What You'll Need to Do It:Must be able to work at heights and lift at least 50lbs.Must have valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the state of VermontMust be able to pass a drug screen/background check as condition of employmentCandidates should have interest in construction industry and may possess experience reading blueprints, using hand tools and operating machinery.Benefits:Hourly pay in line with experience along with performance incentive planCompany Swag.
