Join a fire protection team serving Central Massachusetts and surrounding areas — where your skills are in demand, and your commute actually makes sense.About the RoleCareer Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a national fire protection company looking for an experienced Sprinkler Fitter to join their Central Massachusetts team. You'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining wet, dry, and pre-action fire suppression systems — working both independently and alongside a skilled crew to keep everything running to the highest standards.ResponsibilitiesInstall fire sprinkler systems with precision and full code complianceService and repair wet, dry, and pre-action suppression systemsConduct flow testing on fire hydrants and backflow preventersDiagnose and repair fire pumps and system deficienciesRead and interpret blueprints and system diagramsOperate threading machines, hand tools, and power tools safelyKeep accurate work records — both paper and digitalCommunicate clearly with clients and fellow team membersWork safely at heights, in confined spaces, and with equipment up to 70 lbsWhat We're Looking For5–7+ years of hands-on sprinkler installation and service experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and sharp attention to detailValid driver's licenseMassachusetts sprinkler license (required)Solid working knowledge of fire protection systems and componentsAbility to work independently and take directionComfort with iPads, laptops, or blueprint software is a bonusPositive attitude and good team playerWhy This Role?Stay local — no Boston commute, no city congestionCompetitive pay — $46–55/hr based on your experienceFull benefits — paid holidays, PTO, and health coverageRoom to grow — tuition reimbursement and certification incentives availableSafety-first culture — a team that genuinely looks out for each other
