Job Description:
Technical Skills: SQL Server Developer, TSQL, PL/SQL, SSIS
Seeking an experienced SQL Server Developer (Lead) with strong expertise in TSQL.
Ideal candidate should have extensive experience in writing complex stored procedures, optimizing database performance, and improving query efficiency.
10+ years of IT experience.
8+ years hands-on experience and proficiency in SQL Server development TSQL, Stored Procedures, and performance tuning.
Should have worked on stored procedures, functions, triggers, and performed query optimization.
Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SQL Server Database, optimizing SQL server stored procedures while ensuring performance and scalability.
Experience in SSIS ETL and packages and data integration.
Good understanding of Data warehousing concepts.
This role involves leading a team of data engineers, working with business stakeholders, and being a liaison for offshore engineers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and enhance database functionality.
Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Demonstrates critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate across functional departments to achieve desired outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines.
Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines, identifying the necessary steps and moving forward through completion.
Good to have knowledge of NoSQL DB (MongoDB) and exposure to cloud (AWS).
