Overview
As a Squad Tech Lead, you will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the software development team with responsibility in the leading of new products.
You will be responsible to leader the engineering team, delivery and technical guidance.
You will be working in a completely in agile environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, as well as a high-performance team.
You will be responsible for proposing new ideas and the improvement of the existing practices in the software development.
What You'll Do
Lead, support, and motivate team members.
Shows great ability to direct Squad products and People.
Be responsible for delivery
Participate in the prioritizations work across Squad products and People.
Communicates effectively and respectfully to all members of the organization.
Work in a cross-functional agile team and get involved in the entire development process.
Collaborate closely with QAs, designers, and product owners.
Generate and spread a culture of quality throughout the company.
Build a high-quality software.
Being responsible for the development of the product you will participate.
What You'll Need
Proven experience leading teams
Proven experience in engineering teams.
Proven experience in delivery products
Proven knowledge about identity providers
Proven experience using Relational BBDD and NoSQL.
Proven experience with Testing and QA processes
Clean Code and Clean Architecture knowledge
Proven experience leading teams and manage people
