Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Account Director, Data Center Portfolio to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will serve as the senior account leader for a multi-regional data center portfolio, with responsibility for aligning service delivery to client business goals and maintaining strong executive relationships. The position will oversee account governance, operational performance, and continuous improvement across critical facilities. It will also drive financial accountability, contract compliance, and opportunities to expand the value of the account.
Location: Atlanta, GA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $212,500 – $250,000 annually
Responsibilities
Serve as the senior executive for a multi-regional data center portfolio
Develop trusted relationships with client executives and stakeholders
Align service delivery strategies with client business objectives
Lead account governance processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive operational excellence and compliance within critical facility operations
Maintain accountability for financial performance, revenue growth, and contract compliance
Identify opportunities for service expansion and increased account value
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in MBA, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
12-15 years of leadership experience in facilities management or data center operations
Experience managing large-scale, multi-site client portfolios
Proven success in managing complex P&Ls and service contracts
Strong knowledge of integrated facility management services and critical systems operations
Experience with disaster recovery and operational resiliency planning
Strong analytical and financial management skills
