Our trajectory matters because it means Account Managers are not being handed a phone and told to build a desk from scratch.
You are given an established book of clients, active relationships, you work with CEOs (not hiring managers) and because we’re niche we proactively recruit – we have active candidates teed up for consideration.

Senior Account Manager Job Function
Work 8–12 active job orders at a time. This works because we’re hyper-niche so we proactively recruit which means a team of recruiters have candidates already interviewed and ready for your positions.
Manage a portfolio of 20–40 MSP clients, most with years of hiring history. You’ll inherit long-standing relationships and work with CEOs, positioning yourself as a partner for helping them scale and grow.
Our company’s average close rate is 40% every year.
Our model is built on efficiency, automation and speed: Account Managers will average 3 submittals, schedule 3 interviews and make a placement within 22 days. Account Managers own the client communication from submission through offer.
Senior Account Manager Compensation
Base salary + commission.
Guaranteed compensation increases at the beginning of Years 2 and 3, outlined in your offer letter.
First-year earnings: approximately $100K - $120K
Second-year earnings: approximately $120K–$140K .
Third year and beyond: approximately $140K–$200K .
