Job description
Sr. AccountantnnTimpl has partnered with a leading 3PL logistics service provider offeringnintegrated solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation,nwarehousing & distribution, and customs clearance. And we are seeking a Sr.nAccountantnnnnLocation: Carson, CAnWork Requirement: Senior LevelnnResponsibilityn * Review and validate expense ledger entries and support monthly closen processesn * Manage employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card transactionsn * Review fixed asset schedules and calculate monthly depreciation expensesn * Monitor and reconcile prepaid expenses on a monthly basisn * Prepare and post journal entries and perform account reconciliations duringn month-end closen * Support financial audits and reviews by preparing documentation andn responding to auditor inquiriesn * Analyze financial data and prepare reports, including balance sheets, incomen statements, and other management reportsn * Prepare annual financial statements and internal quarterly financial reportsn * Conduct ad hoc projects and carry out additional tasks as assigned by then supervisorn * Develop, implement, and uphold proper accounting policies and internaln controlsn * Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accountingn principles and provide financial guidancennnnQualificationsn * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field requiredn * 5-7 years of progressive accounting experiencen * Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworksn * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to conduct thoroughn financial analysis and recommend solutionsn * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to relayn technical accounting information to non-technical people: bilingual in Koreann and English requiredn * Multi-Branch management experience is preferredn * Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines requiredn * Attention to detail and accuracy a mustn * Proven analytical and strategic skillsn * Excellent organization and communication skillsn * Proficient presentation skillsn * Ability to work in groupsn * Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledgen * Excellent organizational and time management skills: self-managementn required.n * Audit and/or Review report preparation experience is highly desired.
