The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic, proactive, and passionate about the Under Armour brand. The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing Executives' day-to-day calendar, be able to work under pressure, and have the willingness to go above and beyond their outlined duties.Your ImpactRespond to sensitive and highly confidential information with discretion and professionalismMaintain and prioritize Outlook Calendars on a daily, weekly and monthly basis – avoid meeting overlaps, be protective of executive's timeCoordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and when needed, take meeting notesCoordinate travel and create travel itineraries for ExecutivesComplete and submit expense reportsPrepare outgoing emails to executives' organizationsCompile information and creates presentations in Microsoft Power Point/ Keynote if needed.Help the Executive's team with tasks as neededUpdate team/department on company housekeeping itemsWork with other department admins to schedule meetings, align executives' calendars, and stay up to date on what is happening cross-functionallyOrder and maintain supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance for team.Help team onboard new teammatesManage design studio operations - maintain the calendar, supplies & assist in sample managementAssist in sample shipments both domestically & internationallyWillingness to be active & hands on, spend time away from the desk and in our design spaceOther duties may be assignedQualificationsMust be able to support more than one ExecutiveMust possess a service-oriented and proactive mindsetMust have a positive attitudeKnow that you will be working outside of "standard" working hoursBe able to interact with Executives on a professional and personal levelAble to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.Enjoy working and connecting with people at all levels of the organization and solving problems on behalf of the Executive.Flexible with change and able to shift gears quickly.Need to have good judgment for when you need to make decisions on behalf of your Executive and when deciding what to prioritizeOrganization is keyStrong Communication skills- able to express facts and ideas in writing in a clear, convincing, and organized mannerListen effectively and clarify information as neededHave knowledge around basic IT itemsWilling to go above and beyondAttention to detail mindsetHave an open mind, and know that this job can go beyond being an assistantBe able to network in company, and make strong connections amongst cross functional teamsEducation and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or universityHaving knowledge of the sports world would be preferred and will help you excel in this role3 years of experience working in a professional business environmentOther Requirements:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and PowerPointMacBook proficient and versed in Keynote presentation development is criticalWorkplace LocationLocation: Baltimore, MDWork Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per weekSponsorship Eligibility: (US ONLY) UA does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based work authorization for this position at this time.Relocation No relocation providedBase Compensation $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
