Visit to learn how our innovative team is helping connect, protect and power our planet.Responsibilities:Flawless execution of administrative duties, with high attention to detail, exhibit diplomacy in working with the most senior executives in the CompanyComplex administrative management which includes arranging meetings & travel, sending and responding to in a timely manner, resolving conflicts, confirming appointments, heavy calendar managementCoordinate communications including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with internal and external partners taking full account of urgency and actions to be takenOrganize and coordinate complex projects, events, team meetings and activities, liaising with all parties involved and taking care of logistics – experience with lean systems and principlesFollow-up to action item, in absence of the general managerQualifications:High School Diploma required.
