Job description
We are looking for resources with hands‑on experience in configuring, deploying, testing, and optimizing Salesforce AgentForce agents, integrating Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise systems, and driving production AI implementations in customer‑facing environments.
Senior Salesforce AI / AgentForce Forward Deploy Engineer (FDE)
We are looking for resources with hands‑on experience in configuring, deploying, testing, and optimizing Salesforce AgentForce agents, integrating Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise systems, and driving production AI implementations in customer‑facing environments.
Expected FDE Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and support AI agents using AgentForce.
Integrate AgentForce with Salesforce platforms and enterprise applications.
Drive agent training, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Partner directly with business and technology stakeholders to deliver AI‑led solutions.
Possess strong Salesforce platform experience in addition to AgentForce expertise.

Agent Configuration, Prompt Builder, Agent Topics, Agent Actions, Agent Testing, Knowledge Grounding
Required AI Skills
LLM concepts, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI evaluation and testing, Hallucination detection and mitigation
