n nWhat Pricing Strategy contributes to Cardinal Health
nRevenue Management is responsible for developing, communicating, and leading the execution of market strategy and profitability optimization through pricing and value-capture activities at both the strategic and tactical levels. The group uses modeling, analytics, and econometrics to create pricing strategies for our products and services.
nPricing Strategy acts to set overarching deal and product pricing strategies, provides guidance on value to help inform the negotiation strategy, and creates standard offer designs and target profitability for each business unit or customer segment.
nThis role will directly support Cardinal Health's Optifreight business.
nResponsibilities
nnnManage a Salesforce case queue, focusing on meeting customer facing deadlines
n
nnParticipate in operational pricing tasks such as pricing tier loads, customer pricing research, credit and rebill requests, and competitive invoice analysis
n
nnResponsible for weekly/monthly/yearly updates to our tools with the most relevant information from FedEx and other data sources
n
nnAssist the team with improving current processes both internally and cross-functionally
n
n nQualifications
nnn2-4 years of experience preferred
n
nnBA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred
n
nnExperience working with Excel, Salesforce, SQL server (running queries) preferred
n
n nWhat is expected of you and others at this level
nnnApplies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
n
nnWorks on projects of moderate scope and complexity
n
nnIdentifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
n
nnApplies judgment within defined parameters

nnReceives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
n
nnWork reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
n
n nAnticipated salary range: $57,000 - $81,600
