Job Description
Responsibilities
Good communication and data management skills – Prizm
Extraction, purification, and quantification of RNA/DNA
Gene expression profiling – RTPCRFamiliarity with microarray profiling a plus – Affymetrix gene-chips
Cell Biology Techniques Standard in vitro tissue culture techniques (aseptic)
Handling suspension (immune) cell cultures – Whole Blood, PBMC
Isolation of sub-populations by magnetic beads
Processing supernatants for cytokine measurements – ELISA, MSD Platform, Luminex Platform
Handling both small molecules and biologics (antibodies) for cell treatments
Assay Development and Screening Experience with co-cultures (2D/3D), primary cultures, and organoids are a plus
Familiarity with Flow Cytometry, Microscopy, and Automation are a plus
Qualifications
Background in one or more of the following: Immunology, Oncology, Neurology
