Adams & Martin Group, a business line of one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the U.S., focuses on placing legal staff, attorneys and litigation support professionals for legal departments and law firms across the U.S. We are currently hiring a Senior Business Solutions Manager to drive new business development and grow client relationships across the legal space.
This is a full-cycle B2B sales role working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first. You will prospect, pitch, and close new accounts while nurturing existing client relationships through a combination of video and in-person meetings.

What Do We Look For?
Candidates located in any U.S. state other than AK, HI, ND, ME, WY, VT, and SD
Must physically reside in the Central time zone in the USA
Individuals who thrive in a business development and outbound sales environment
Individuals with strong business acumen and customer service skills
Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills
Previous staffing industry is helpful
Legal field experience is a plus
Someone who embraces being a part of an environment that focuses on belonging
4+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred
Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience
Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable in line with our company purpose, promise and values
