Midwest Billing Team PositionExperience using 3E, Elite, and Billing Hub billing systems. Previous experience in a high-volume billing, invoicing, or revenue operations environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Experience identifying, researching, and resolving billing issues. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PDF document management. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Process and manage high-volume client billing transactions.Utilize 3E, Elite, and Billing Hub systems daily to generate, review, and process invoices.Review billing documentation for accuracy and compliance with client requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, and invoice-related issues.Work with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely billing completion.Create, modify, and manage billing documentation using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PDF tools.Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.Support ongoing billing operations and special projects as needed.Work Environment:Assigned to the Midwest Billing Team. Fully onsite Monday through Friday (potential future transition to a hybrid schedule with 2 days in-office). Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Overtime may be required during peak billing periods.
