Senior Commercial Product Manager | Multiple Locations (Hybrid)
JCW Group has partnered with an insurance group to hire a Senior Product Manager within their Commercial Property product function. This is a highly visible role, where you'll drive the strategy, development, and performance of the Property product portfolio. It's an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property insurance expert looking to shape product strategy, influence underwriting direction, and drive profitable growth across the portfolio.

This is a hybrid position, with in-office work required Monday through Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday. Location: Cheshire, CT;

Key Responsibilities
Build and enhance policy forms, endorsements, underwriting guidelines, and coverage solutions.
Work alongside underwriting leadership to refine underwriting strategy, risk appetite, and portfolio performance. xzgxqkn
Review ISO changes and recommend whether to adopt them, modify them, or pursue proprietary alternatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field
8+ years of commercial insurance experience in product management, underwriting, forms development, portfolio management, or related disciplines
3+ years of experience focused on Commercial Property product work
Authorization to work in the United States with no need for VISA sponsorship for employment purposes, now or in the future
