This is an opportunity to solve complex compensation challenges, build practical programs, and ensure they are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities

* Translate market intelligence, workforce analytics, and business needs into practical compensation strategies and recommendations.

* Establish program frameworks, eligibility criteria, governance, and guidelines that enable consistent and scalable execution.

* Partner, directly, with Compensation Consultants (and indirectly, business stakeholders) to address recurring compensation challenges through sustainable solutions rather than individual exceptions.

* Experience implementing compensation programs across multiple locations or countries, including job architecture, compensation structures, process improvements, and cross-functional implementation.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.

* 8+ years of relevant experience, with significant experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related discipline.

* Strong knowledge of compensation principles, program design, pay structures, and administration.

* Experience designing and implementing scalable compensation solutions informed by business needs, data, and market insights.

* Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate complex issues into clear recommendations and guidance.

* Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop clear recommendations, guidelines, and executive-ready materials.

* Strong judgment and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
