Job Description
This position provides administrative support to senior management by serving as a key liaison with internal & external stakeholders for the organization.
This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Fresno, CA) and partially from home.
What you do:
Manage the senior leaders calendar, aligning meetings, appointments, travel and events to optimize their time and objectives.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence appropriately. Draft responses, compose emails, or make calls on behalf of the executive.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including logistics, venue bookings, catering and technology needs for executive needs and organizational initiatives.
Assist in the planning and execution of presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and initiatives.
Organize executive travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, contacts and documents.
Manage expense reporting, invoices and budget tracking.
Greet and host high-profile guests such as board members and government officials.
What you bring:

About this Position's Pay
The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
