nOVERVIEW

nFlorida Crystals is seeking a Corporate Senior Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team at our downtown West Palm Beach office. This role supports the continued growth of corporate accounting and is responsible for key accounting activities, including cash, payroll, and intercompany reconciliations; capital and expense project accounting; monthly close; and financial reporting.

nThe position initially requires four days per week onsite and transitions to a flexible hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office.

nSummary of Primary Duties:

nnnManage cash accounting activities, including monthly bank, credit card, and SAP Concur procedures and reconciliations.

n

nnMonitor payroll accounts and partner with Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management to resolve reconciliation issues.

n

nnManage intercompany accounting activities, including monthly billings, monitoring, and reconciliations.

n

nnSupport fixed asset accounting activities, including CIP review, asset setup, depreciation, impairment monitoring, disposals, and variance analysis.

n

nnCompile and maintain accounting support for audits, surveys, and related information requests.

n

nnPartner with internal teams to improve existing processes and identify time or cost savings opportunities.

n

n nEducation and Experience:

nnnBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

n

nnMinimum of 3–4 years of finance and accounting experience.

n

nnCPA preferred but not required.

n

nnSAP experience preferred but not required.

n

nnExcellent written and verbal communication skills.

n

nnStrong problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.

n

nnAbility to complete work in a timely and accurate manner with strong attention to detail.

n

nnAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.

n
