Job description
Northwest Bank is seeking a Senior Credit Workout Officer IV to join our NY region team in Williamsville. You will evaluate loan performance, assess borrower management teams, and develop workout or exit plans with appropriate stakeholders.
Responsibilities include reviewing collateral, analyzing financials, coordinating foreclosures when needed, and partnering with loan officers to optimize recovery while adhering to policy. A strong track record in commercial lending is essential.
