Our client is a financial services corporation offering a various suite of products.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field. Demonstrated experience in information technology, data management, or a related discipline. Basic leadership, communication, and presentation skills required. Experience working with data and databases using programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, or similar technologies. Knowledge of data modeling concepts, data structures, and data integration techniques. Experience supporting analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making. Familiarity with data extraction, transformation, processing, and management of large datasets. Experience using reporting, business intelligence, or visualization tools preferred. Ability to work with data from multiple sources and support the development of scalable data solutions. Strong planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills required. Effective time management and collaboration skills preferred. Ability to communicate technical concepts and recommendations to a variety of audiences. Must be able to maintain accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. May be required to provide on-call support.
Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise in data engineering, data management, and analytics initiatives to support business objectives. Design, develop, maintain, and optimize processes for collecting, transforming, storing, and analyzing data. Support the integration of data from multiple sources into scalable systems and databases. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that enable reporting, analytics, and operational insights. Participate in the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of data-related systems and processes. Work independently and collaboratively across multiple areas of the technology stack to deliver effective business solutions.
