Sr. Data Entry OperatorPay Rate: $20.00/hour Duration: 4 Months Work Arrangement: In Person / OnsiteJob ResponsibilitiesPerform front desk duties, including working with visitors and sorting mail.Complete basic enrollment and I-9-related forms.Perform high-volume data entry, averaging 10,000+ keystrokes per hour.Perform basic management of electronic files, including printing, copying, transferring, and deleting files.Access information from a computer and maintain a computer database.Enter data for envelopes, labels, form letters, and correspondence.Format and produce documents.Work with numbers, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Detect and correct errors.Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and other computer software.Operate basic office equipment, including: Photocopy machineFacsimile machineBinding machineOther standard office equipmentFollow instructions and established procedures.Maintain reliable attendance and report to the onsite location as scheduled.
